About Michael

Michael is a Chartered Surveyor and an experienced Expert with over 1000 cases undertaken resulting in over 50 appearances in Court.  He is a fully qualified mediator and accepts mediation appointments from all types of property disputes.

He joined the Ordnance Survey in 1986, initially as a cartographic draughtsman and then as a Cartographic Surveyor.  He went back to university as a mature student and graduated in 1998.  On graduation he joined David J Powell Surveys.  In 2007 he set up his own company doing similar work.  He returned to David J Powell Surveys in 2014. David and Heidi were pleased to welcome him home.
