We are experts at measuring existing boundary features and then comparing them with long-gone features (through aerial photographic records), deeds, HMLR (Land Registry) data and other documentation.

We prepare high-quality reports in accordance with the CPR (Civil Procedure Rules) and regularly undergo cross-examination in the courts.

We can also provide boundary plans if the owner wishes to know “where they stand” before commencing litigation or entering into discussion with their neighbours about a boundary location.
