David is a member of the Land Registry Rules Committee. He has prepared well over 2,500 reports in addition to authoring books, publishing articles and giving oral evidence in Court on over 100 occasions on the subject.
With appearances on BBC TV’s “Neighbours at War” series David also gives talks throughout the World on “boundary disputes”, “neighbours at war”, “running a small professional practice”, “nuisances” as well as light-hearted after-dinner speeches.
He is a past Chairman of the Geomatics faculty of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, is currently on the RICS NeighbourDispute Panel and has most recently finished the redraft of the next edition of “Anstey’s Boundary Disputes”.
